healthy eating

Hi,today it is healthy eating.What do we eat?Well we eat good food we also don't eat bad food you know.Today we eat firut all good stuff......but just again heaty food such as fried rice,handbuger,wine ,fried chicken wing,frence rice,potato chips and too much salt is no good for your health.So the good stuff is fruit,fish,meat,vegetable,rice,bread and good drinks.If you eat the heaty food you will grow fat,not fit and lastly is unhealthy.If you eat the healthy food u grow fit,strong,healthy and strong bones.That all about good and bad food.Oh i still have more to go.BEWARE of a wine you drink a wine you will get too dead drank in the bar.But the good food is VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.This are the great ones.Well if you eat the healthy ones you are strong.Did you see some of the strong man,they eat lots of egg,oh yea egg is good for your body you know why because they do alot of excisise....well if you didn't see them well i can not tell you well for now i am done typing bye.
